Our position on cookies

Volavue keeps the use of cookies and similar technologies to a minimum. Our own site does not set cookies. Where cookies are used, they come from third-party services we embed to make the Service work, and they are loaded only after you have agreed to the cookie notice on the relevant page.

What sets cookies

• Cal.com — the scheduling embed on the booking page. Sets cookies needed for the scheduler to function. Loaded only after you click "Accept" on the cookie notice. See cal.com/privacy.
• Stripe — the payment flow. Sets cookies needed for payment and fraud prevention. Loaded only when you start a payment. See stripe.com/privacy.
• Cloudflare — may set a security cookie (__cf_bm) to distinguish humans from automated traffic. This is treated as strictly necessary for site security. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Recording your choice

To remember whether you have accepted or declined the cookie notice, we store a small flag in your browser's localStorage (not a cookie) under the name vv_consent. This is treated as strictly necessary so the site can remember your choice and not ask again.

Your intake answers are kept in your browser's sessionStorage (also not a cookie) only for the lifetime of the browser tab, so the booking page can use them to prefill the scheduler.

Changing or withdrawing your choice

To withdraw consent, clear the site data for volavue.fyi in your browser settings. On your next visit to the booking page, the cookie notice will appear again. You can also email us at volavue@volavue.fyi.
